Return Policy

If you find yourself having second thoughts about your newly purchased Piritiz device or accessory without even trying it, fear not! You have 30 days from the date of receiving your Piritiz product to initiate a return for a full refund, minus any associated shipping and handling fees. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions outlined below:

Return Conditions:

• The merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, complete with all components.
• Failure to return all items may result in an additional restocking fee of up to $25, covering the cost of missing components and repackaging.
• You must include the original receipt as proof of purchase.

For Non-Defective Items: If you’re returning a non-defective item within the 30-day period due to a change of heart and it has already been activated, please be aware that we cannot refund the connection plan fee paid to the cellular provider.
Defective Items: In case your item is found to be defective after contacting our customer care department, Piritiz will swiftly send out a replacement unit within 48 hours and assist you with the activation process.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Piritiz Customer Support. After obtaining the RMA#, package your products and include a note outside the box with your name, email, the RMA number, and your order number. Please refrain from marking anything on the box itself. Please allow up to 14 days for the RMA and refund processing.
Important Note: Any unit damaged due to misapplication or abuse cannot be accepted for return. Our products undergo rigorous factory testing before shipment, so ensure you’ve followed the activation instructions and contacted customer care before requesting a return authorization.

Subscription Refund Policy

At Piritiz, we want to clarify our subscription refund policy. We prepay our cellular partners to provide connections for your device at the start of each term. Similar to signing up for a plan, even if your device isn’t used, charges still apply. This forms the basis for our REFUND POLICY.

Eligibility for Refund:

1. Payments made within six (6) months from the call date are eligible for a refund. 

2. Services associated with the subscription must remain unused within the specified timeframe for a refund request to be considered.
3. Refunds are limited to a maximum of one (1) month’s worth of services per subscription.
4. Long-term plans may qualify for prorated refunds if the subscription is canceled before the plan expiration date.

Discretionary Refunds:

1. Refund requests outside the criteria in section 1 are subject to company discretion.
2. We will evaluate such refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors like exceptional circumstances and subscription duration.

Refund Process:

1. To request a refund, reach out to our customer support team using the provided communication channels.
2. Provide the necessary information, including your account details, reason for the refund, and supporting documentation.
3. Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 3-5 business days from the date of the request.
4. The time it takes for refunds to reflect in your account depends on the payment method and your financial institution.

Refund Methods: If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method used.

Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances: a. Shipping and handling fees. b. Taxes assessed on purchase, if any.

Changes to the Refund Policy: The company reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Please be aware that this refund policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions governing your subscription. By using our tracker subscription, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.
